Mark and I noticed this toppled cement mixer in front of a construction site.

If full, better get the concrete out of the mixer or else they will have a 5 ton boat anchor.

Looks like he was too close to the edge by the ditch and the ground gave way. Too much weight near the edge.
i agree, Conroy Family...we saw that (very dry!) ground broken away, too.
