We had the privilege last weekend to attend a parenting seminar taught by some colleagues of ours. We left encouraged to be even more intentional about raising our children; reminded that these children belong ultimately to God, and that we can lean on Him to strengthen us for this role.

We also were reminded that though we will fail our children, God never will. He is all-sufficient, and all glory belongs to Him!

May we all seek to follow our Father God, to walk in the way He walks, to be found in the light where He is and in the light of His Word.

But if we walk in the light, as He is in the light, we have fellowship with one another, and the blood of Jesus His Son cleanses us from all sin.
